Join us for this Bullion Chocolate Tasting session at Sheffield Food Fest 2018. This tasting is an introduction to the world of craft chocolate, taking you through the amazing journey a cacao bean takes to become a finished bar.

At Bullion, we produce craft chocolate from bean-to-bar right here in Sheffield. Using the finest cacao sourced from smallholder farmers, we strive to showcase their beans unique flavours within our award-winning single origin chocolate.

By starting right at the source and working from the bean, we’re able to have complete control over the complex steps needed to make chocolate. Allowing our skilled makers to entice and showcase the distinct flavours of the beans from each single origin.
