Curating and hosting the chef demonstrations on Saturday 27th May in the Theatre Kitchen Marquee, Murray Chapman will be bringing his own inimitable style to bring the dishes to life for our audience!
His belief in the development and support to young people in the Industry has brought about “A Passion to Inspire” along with support from the likes of Callebaut Chocolate, Craft Guild of Chefs, Dingley Dell, Master Chefs of Great Britain, RSPCA Assured, Russums, and pleased to be supported by many other industry leaders.
Drawing on his wealth of experience within the industry from Restaurant of the year, Catey award, Hotel of the Year at Congham Hall and gaining 3AA rosettes, national television “Simply the Best“ with Kit Chapman (not related) , National Chef of the Year 2005 ,working at Skills for Chefs for the past 19 years and is a Master Chef of Great Britain and a Master Craftsman of The Craft Guild of Chefs along with being The Director of First Contact Chefs.
He is not very good at golf and even worse at playing football on the PS4, so his children tell him! His colleagues say “he is great to work with, especially when he is not in the office!!” His sense of humour is very strange and one of his worst traits is that he puts all before himself, but his drive and motivation to achieve is his major key strength to support
“A Passion to Inspire“ to help the youth of today to be the super stars of tomorrow.
