Justin will be compering the chef demonstrations in the Theatre Kitchen Marquee from 11am – 3:30pm on Monday 29th May.
Founder of Silversmiths Restaurant, Justin has had an exciting hospitality journey over the last 12 years including the life changing visit from Gordon Ramsay in 2009. He’s seen all the ups and downs of running a busy city center restaurant through the recession and building a brand of local, seasonal Yorkshire dining that’s now won dozens of awards and national recognition.
Justin has now moved beyond Silversmiths and is consulting with ever growing number of exciting, often quirky and always unique start-up independent restaurants and cafe’s across the city which he loves.
