Locksley Distilling launched their first product, Sir Robin of Locksley Gin, 5 years ago. At the time, there was nothing like it on the market. Quickly, it became a consumer favourite on the festival scene. Since then, it’s been their mission to never give you what’s already out there. Every new product goes from concept, to trials, tastings, and tweakings till they are all happy that they have something new and exciting to bring to the market. Always trying to find the balance of answering consumer demand, whilst staying true to their mission. You will never see glitter in any of their products, but they did launch something pink last year. Using mostly organic, fair trade or fair wild botanicals, the Locksley team create beautiful and unique spirits that they want to drink, in the hope that you will want to as well. So far, this approach has been a success.

Butcher & Catch was born from a desire to create a space where the experience is just as important as the food. Where you can come for a cheeky cocktail or a local ale, and stay for a special three course meal. We work hard to make your experience memorable for all the right reasons. We are an independent business with traditional hospitality principles at our core. Good honest food, down to earth friendly service, delivered by a team that truly cares about your needs. Come and try our seasonal dishes and daily specials for a true taste of local Sheffield hospitality. Meat – Provenance, quality and sustainability is what we look for when selecting where to source our meat from, and working closely with our local farmers who lovingly rear those Animals, helps us to tick those boxes for our customers. All of our Meats are locally reared, and our entire meat supply chains are Farm Assured and Red Tractor accredited. Fish – Local, sustainable, fresh British fish. All of our fish and seafood is traceable back to the time and place it was caught. Our skippers catch are caught by small independent fishermen that sail out in day boats from ports right round the British coast early every morning, and return in the afternoon with their catch. By supporting our British fishing industry, we help to keep local fishing communities alive, and of course everything is caught in the most sustainable way.
